Launch of trading in the issue of shares of Tatry mountain resorts

On 22 October 2012, the trading in the issue of shares of Tatry Mountain Resorts on the main market of the Prague Stock Exchange will be launched.

The Prague Exchange will welcome a new issue of the Slovak company Tatry mountain resorts, a.s., which will be traded on the main market under the abbreviated name of TMR (ISIN SK1120010287) and will be included in the SPAD system. This year, this is nothing less than the third new title listed on one of the regulated markets of the Prague Stock Exchange.

The issue will be placed on the market by the trading member J&T BANKA, a.s., who will, jointly with BH Securities, a.s., fulfill the role as a market maker for this issue in the prestigious SPAD system.

"I am pleased that a company that has implemented several successful projects in the neighbouring countries and has decided to expand its business activities to the Czech Republic is entering the market. I firmly believe that the listing at the Prague Stock Exchange will help the issuer to support his plans in the Czech Republic, and that the issue will find its investors here," says Petr Koblic, CEO of the Prague Stock Exchange.

Tatry Mountain Resorts, which was created by a merger of Ski Jasná and Tatranské lanové dráhy, is currently the largest provider of tourist services in Slovakia, being traded on the Bratislava exchange and on the Warsaw exchange.
